1. When finished with the vocabulary quiz, take at least two quizzes in Read Theory scoring at least 80% or higher.   Using a sticky note, place your name on the correct level on the wall when finished.

2.  Finish any remaining spells that are due today.

3.  Watch today's news at CNN 10.  Complete the assignment sheet when finished.

The Titanic
We have been visiting history this week by reading articles about the Titanic as well as a few stories about survivors.  Watch the documentary of the sinking of the Titanic and complete the assignment sheet (a half page sheet).

​Making a Titanic Connection
Think of a disaster that has occurred in history (anywhere in the world) that you can compare to the sinking of the Titanic.  It can be a disaster that occurred on land, in the air, or at sea. Find at least seven (7) similarities You will use your journal to record your findings.  Remember, only use reliable, trustworthy sites!
